The Synthesis of Personal Strengths and Weaknesses as a Leader paper should be 3-5 pages long (not including the cover page or referenc
list) and must include a minimum of three scholarly references (one of which may be your required Northouse text).
Address the following in your paper:
• What are the questionnaire results? (Provide a general description, you may find your discussion board from this week helpful in
answering this prompt.)
• Create a plan to further enhance your strengths and strengthen your weaknesses to meet the anticipated leadership responsibilities of
your intended role (upon graduation from your program of study).
• Summarize the value of examining your leadership traits and strengths.
